Job Opportunities at Perfect 32 Dental Practice
May 2026:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic associate dentist to work at our state of the art practice, Perfect 32, in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The premises was newly built and practice relocated in January 2019; it has 6 surgeries and an onsite digital lab.
Beverley is 1 hour and 5 minutes from Leeds Centre. It is an affluent market town and voted one the ‘Best places to Live’ in the Sunday Times 2019 list.
The associate dentist position is part time and would be a mixed NHS/private role. The position would be 2-3 days (including a Saturday), with an activity of 2000 UDAs. The remaining work would be private. There is a high private treatment demand in the area. In November 2026 there would be an opportunity to take up 5 days a week, to cover for maternity leave. The position is available immediately.
We currently receive referrals for cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, full mouth rehab, specialist oral surgery, specialit orthodontics and specialist endodontic referrals from the surrounding areas. We strive to provide the highest quality care for our patients. The partners Dr Chia Yeoh and Dr Cheng Yeoh are enthusiastic about dentistry, Chia is an implant mentoring dentist, Cheng’s interests are ortho-restorative cases, tooth wear cases / full mouth rehabs and digital dentistry.
We currently have a consultant specialist maxillofacial surgeon, consultant and specialist orthodontist, specialist endodontist,and implant placing dentists so referral to other specialities will be easy to facilitate.
What we are looking for:
- 2000 UDAs to be covered in 2-3 days. More UDAs will be available if requested.
- A desire to provide excellent care and for continued learning.
- Ideally increase days to a full time position in November 2026.
Clinicians would expect:
- Full clinical freedom with the highest quality materials of your choice for private treatments
- General support for day to day dentistry cases, as well as mentoring for more complex cases
- Request for most high end equipment readily considered – we’re very open minded about purchasing new technology to assist and improve our treatments
- Strong treatment demand already in house and referral base within the local area
- Would suit those enthusiastic about their job with a passion for providing the highest quality treatment
- Learning is encouraged, with lots of peer support and mentoring from principals / colleagues
- The practice would encourage learning, growth and development.
- Would be open to utilising / be taught fully digital workflows and be mentored on CEREC/Digital Dentistry/Milling/Utilising equipment as below
- Have the potential to observe specialists and implant dentist
- Like an enthusiastic team where we stay back regularly and chat about cases and catch up (this is NOT a practice where people just go home at 5 on the dot and leave you feeling isolated)
- Essentially a low pressure environment to help perform great quality treatment!
We have a high level of equipment at our disposal and our clinicians are promised full clinical freedom with materials they wish to use.
