Perfect 32 takes referrals from dentists and self referrals from patients in the region of East Riding, Hull, Humberside and Yorkshire.

Types of cases we undertake include:

• • Specialist root canal treatment with Dr Hisham Al-Sayed – (GDC Specialist in Endodontics)
  • Specialist oral surgery (including wisdom tooth removal, difficult extractions, exposures of unerupted teeth etc.) with Mr Stephen Crank – (Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, GDC Specialist in Oral Surgery)
  • Oral medicine consultations and biopsies with Mr Stephen Crank
  • Implant dentistry (Digitally planned, including complex implant cases) with Dr Craig Parker – (Practice limited to dental Implants)
  • Cosmetic cases with Dr.Chia Yeoh
  • Intravenous Sedation with Dr.Mei Yeoh
  • CBCT , OPT/OPG and Intraoral Scans
    

Implant dentistry

Implant Dentist – Craig Parker BChD,MFGDP(UK),DPDS

Craig Parker is an implantologist who has been involved with surgical dentistry for over 25  years. Craig accepts referrals for single and multi unit implants, ‘All on X’ cases, sinus grafting and advanced and complex implant cases that other implant dentists may not feel comfortable doing His scope of practice is limited to implant dentistry.

He served as the president for the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) from 2015 – 2017 and is now an honorary lifetime member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI). Craig is an advocate for digital dentistry and uses the latest developments including 3D printed surgical stents and digital models to aid predictable treatment planning and delivery of exceptional treatment to his patients.

A believer in continued learning, Craig actively encourages all referring dentists to restore the implants placed and offers 1 to 1 mentoring for referring dentists. This service may be valuable to any dentists looking to learn more about implant dentistry and maintenance. Referrers also have the opportunity to observe and assist in implant surgery if they wish. Implants typically start from £2500 and Craig offers free virtual consultations to all patients.

Specialist Endodontics

Specialist Endodontist – Hisham Elsayed   BDS, MFDS RCSEd, MRD RCSEd (Endodontics), FDS RCSEd, Dip.of.Implants RCSEd.

Hisham is a root canal specialist who has been on the specialist register for over 10 years.He accepts referrals for all complex endodontic treatments including:

• Difficult endodontic cases,
• Retreatment
• Fractured instruments
• Open apices.

He is happy to advise and provide help to referring dentists.  All treatment will be performed under microscope and, if required, CBCT will be used to aid treatment.

Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine

Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon – Mr Stephen Crank MB ChB FDS RSCEd DGDP(UK) BDS

Mr.Crank is a Maxillofacial surgeon and specialist in oral surgery at Hull Royal Infirmary, where he has been since 2009.  He takes referrals for all aspects of specialist oral surgery such as:

• Difficult or failed extractions
• Surgical extractions,
• Wisdom teeth removal
• Oral medicine consultations ( TMJD/RAS/Lichen Planus etc).
• Exposure of teeth for orthodontic treatment

Patients requiring appointments with Mr Crank typically have little to no wait to be seen. Surgery sessions run on a Friday evening but can be scheduled around a patient, including weekends, if required.

Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry

Lead cosmetic and restorative dentist – Dr.Chia Yeoh BChD MJDF

Chia Yeoh is our lead cosmetic dentist. He has a keen interest in direct and indirect restorations. He is a keen proponent of the use of digital dentistry. His treatments include:

Direct composite veneers and edge bonding, porcelain veneers, surgical and non-surgical crown lengthening, treatment of gummy smiles.

His cases typically utilise microscope, intraoral scanning, 3D printing and CAD/CAM. Any referring dentist is welcome to observe their cases being treated.
