Helen Rogers BDS

GDC reg no 210220

I graduated from Newcastle University in July 2011, which involved working at Newcastle Dental Hospital and various community outreach centres.

I was honoured to be awarded the Coltene Whaledent Elective Prize from the British Society for the Study of Prosthetic Dentistry (BSSPD) for the research I undertook regarding dentures and dental implants. I enjoy all areas of general dental practice and have a particular interest in dentures, the management of acute dental pain with endodontic treatment and oral surgery.

I am originally from Pocklington, East Yorkshire and am excited to return to the area to further my career. In my spare time I enjoy running, dancing, badminton and travelling. I am currently planning an expedition to the North Pole as I have always wanted to see the northern lights.

I am originally from Derby and graduated from Leeds Dental Institute in 2010. I moved to Hull to complete my foundation dental training before moving to Beverley and joining the team at Perfect 32 in the summer of 2011.

My intention is to make your experience as pleasant as possible and allow you to feel at ease whether you are coming in for an examination, treatment or a consultation to see how we can improve your smile.

Christine Ferguson

Administration Manager

I began my career in dentistry in 1998 and have experience of both NHS and private practice. I joined Perfect 32 as a receptionist when it opened in 2006 and have seen the practice grow from strength to strength.

As an award-winning practice in training and development, Perfect 32 places great importance on furthering our education. I have gained several qualifications in dental reception and administration and I have recently gained a level 4 qualification in management.

I am passionate about the service we provide to the community and the success of Perfect 32.

In my spare time I enjoy the great outdoors with my husband, two children and dog, horse riding and singing.

Kate Kemp

Receptionist and infection control lead

I started my career in the dental industry in 1976 and have enjoyed various roles, initially as a dental nurse and later as a practice manager. Now, in my advancing years, I enjoy the advantage of working part time as a receptionist and decontamination manager. As the infection control lead, I have assisted with setting up the decontamination suite, streamlining infection control systems in the practice and implemented many improvements in this area of work.

I am married, with one son at university, and three dogs.

Lucy Morton

I joined Perfect 32 in 2008 as part of the reception team. I previously worked within the banking sector and I bring extensive customer service experience to this role. I have recently gained a level 3 qualification in management.

I am married and have two daughters. Outside of work I enjoy holidays in the sunshine and walking my Jack Russell.

Nicki Rowland

Practice manager

I was a chartered, state registered physiotherapist for 13 years before Gary and I opened Perfect 32 in 2006. It has been a steep learning curve stepping into the role of manager, however, it is a role I love.

I have gained many management qualifications over the years, including a Level 5 Diploma in Management, and I have led our committed team to many award ceremonies.

I am involved in raising awareness of mouth and throat cancer and I work with the Mouth Cancer Foundation. I write articles and give presentations to the dental industry about the escalating prevalence of the disease and am engaged in community events to raise awareness.

I am married to Gary and we have two little girls. In my spare time I love playing golf and going to the gym but my priority will always be spending quality time with our children.

I was born and educated in Hull and qualified from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1993. I worked in Cornwall and Bristol before moving back to Beverley in 1997, where my wife and I opened Perfect 32 in early 2006.

Since qualifying, I have concentrated on developing my skills in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry and have travelled extensively around the world to access education from world-renowned specialists.

I regularly visit the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London where I have recently been awarded a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry. Further study will elevate this postgraduate qualification to an MSc in Restorative Dentistry.

I love teaching and supervise Vocational Dental Practitioners in practice. I am a member of the British Dental Association and the British Endodontic Society.

I have two young daughters and my wife, Nicki, is the practice manager. I enjoy golf, surfing, keeping fit, Thai Chi and going to the gym.
